Ordering Online:
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our online shopping system.
Online orders are security encrypted during the final stages of the checkout process. Payment
is accepted via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Sales tax will only be charged
to residents of Illinois. We also accept orders by mail to the address listed below. If paying
by personal check, please allow an additional 10 business days. Please note that we do not accept
orders via fax.

Confirmation Email:
An order confirmation will be promptly sent to your stated email address once we have your order in our system.
In stock merchandise will normally be shipped within 24 hours. You will be notified via email if any items are
our of stock. Color choices of accessories cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping:
All orders received by 3pm central standard time are processed and shipped the same day. Orders are shipped to
U.S. addresses using UPS ground and overnight services. Your order will arrive within 2 to 8 business days,
depending on the UPS service you choose. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of your product purchase.
Returns:
Any merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt for a store credit that can be used
on future purchases at PureSquash. Used or worn items may not be exchanged or returned for store credit. Shipments
may be sent to the address listed above. We suggest using UPS or another insured carrier to verify and protect the
value of your merchandise. Shipping will be refunded only for defective merchandise. Customer is responsible for
paying the shipping costs for returning the item to PureSquash. Returns for other than store credit will be subject
to a 15% restocking fee.
Security:
All online orders are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encryption is only engaged during
the final checkout phase when sensitive information is requested.
